It's almost been five years.
When I started this blog, I was fascinated by a little visual novel series known as the Science Adventure series. I thought, "I will participate in this with all my fervour, and I will hopefully be able to create something that I'm proud of."
I haven't really gone back to that series in a long time, nearly three or four years since I really cared. Since then, I have done many more things, written many more stories, and found many more experiences to redefine who I am today.
Hi. You may not remember me, but that's hardly trouble. I'm keen on wiping the slate clean and beginning with a fresh start. If you remember any of my old posts from back in the day, good for you, but I don't want to keep them up on the Internet anymore. Maybe one day I'll republish them when I have the time, but for now, I want to focus on making this thing really pop first. That person from five years ago, like the Ship of Theseus, may or may not be the same person as I am in present time.
I'd rather find my new identity here and now than cling to past legacy.
My name is Lynn, and my primary passion is making new things to show the world. You can call me any variation of Lynn if you want -- I'll answer to them all. I'm constantly curious about testing new variations as well. Maybe L/nn will catch on as a nickname in the future...
The truth is that if you are reading this, we're either familiar friends or complete strangers. This blog is meant to be something personal, but it's also inherently performative in nature. I'm asking for you to dedicate some of your attention to this little blog, and I'm trying to make things that I would be proud of. If you read something I post on here, it is likely something that I consider important enough to share, but it may also be something that I don't personally identify with.
Sometimes, I feel like a mere messenger to the vast unknown that is my psyche, and the best I can do is to translate the thoughts in my head to a spectacle worth watching.
I'll start posting more often. I have some fasccinating stories to share with this side. See you around.
